It’s been a quiet few weeks! No Full Circle Endurance athlete has raced since December 13, 2021 until this weekend, when Sarah Grundy was the lone Full Circle Endurance athlete who raced. She ran the Wicked Frosty Four in Salem, Massachusetts on New Year’s Day! This race is a four-mile road race to celebrate the turning of the calendar to a new year.

We’ve been working a lot on Sarah’s running recently. This has included some Run Focus Blocks in her training, where we have scaled back on her swimming and running so we can make some significant progress in her stand-alone runs. So far, these Run Focus Blocks have really been paying off for Sarah!

Sarah ran this race two years ago, but this year, she ran it the fastest she’s ever run it!  She was one minute and ten seconds faster this year than she was two years ago!

Well done, Sarah!
