Coach Laura Henry
Coach Laura Henry
is a full-time endurance coach and is the owner of Full Circle Endurance, LLC. She is a USA Triathlon Level II Long Course and Level II Paratriathlon Certified Coach, USA Cycling Level 2 Certified Coach, VFS Certified Bike Fitter, and has successfully completed NASM’s Certified Personal Trainer course.
She has been involved in endurance events for over a decade. After a relatively inactive childhood, she participated in her first running road race and triathlon in 2010 as an adult and instantly fell in love with endurance sports. Since then, she has raced virtually every distance triathlon and running offers. Over the years, Coach Laura has strived to learn as much as possible about running, cycling, and triathlon. She has studied the methods of these sports, tested many of them herself, and now feels that she knows what it takes to reach goals and achieve personal success. She completed her initial coaching certifications in 2014 and has been continuing her coaching education ever since then.
As a former swing shift worker with a demanding schedule, Coach Laura knows what it’s like to set goals and train as a time-limited athlete on a non-traditional schedule, and she focuses on developing effective plans for time-crunched athletes who lead busy lives. Coach Laura is passionate about helping athletes of all ability levels reach their personal goals, and her experience and enthusiasm has enabled her to coach many athletes to success over the course of her career. Coach Laura still trains and races in running and cycling events. Aside from endurance sports, her other interests include traveling, reading, hiking, photography, mountain biking, cooking, skiing, and snowshoeing.
