Following a busy day of racing on Thanksgiving Day, this past weekend was a quieter weekend of racing for Full Circle Endurance athletes, with just three athletes racing. Jean Carnese, Julie Matyasik, and Beth Tucker raced at the Syracuse Ugly Sweater 5K in Liverpool, New York on Saturday, November 27, 2021.

As fate would have it, all three of these athletes are in the exact same age group, and it’s a competitive age group at that!

All three of these ladies had great races, with Jean finishing third in their age group! Julie and Beth had solid races that they were proud of. Considering that all three of these athletes did do a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day, these strong results a mere two days later are very impressive!

Congratulations to Jean, Julie, and Beth!
