Lisa Crockford and Natalie Metz were the lone rangers when it came to racing this weekend! They both ran the Super Couch Potato 5K in Liverpool, New York on Sunday, February 12, 2023!

The Super Couch Potato 5K is a race that is held annually on Super Bowl Sunday. Lisa has run every edition of this race (13 years total now!) and pushed herself to see what she could accomplish this year. She was able to negative split the race (meaning she ran the second half faster than the first half)!

Natalie signed up last-minute for this race since her son Sebastian expressed interest in doing it. Over the years, this race has become a Metz family favorite! Natalie treated this race as a C-Race and ran the workout that was planned for her on this day during the race itself. Even doing so, she felt strong and had a great performance, reporting that she felt the best she has running in several years.

Way to go, Lisa and Natalie!
