Workout logs provide a more complete and full picture of what actually happened in a given workout, and these details help athletes and coaches plan better and more effective training over time. They also help athletes develop more effective strategies for both training and racing. All athletes should carve the time to log notes on their workouts if they want to reach their fullest potential.

Coach Laura is passionate about helping athletes of all ability levels reach their goals and has coached many athletes to success.
