Training camps are immersive experiences designed to help athletes very specifically prepare for the demands of their goal race without a lot of outside distractions. Are they as helpful as they claim to be? This session will explore the benefits and disadvantages of training camps and will provide insight on how athletes can thoughtfully choose appropriate training camps for themselves.
Coach Laura Henry will be leading this hour-long session, which will include time for Q&A. This session will be recorded; anyone who registers will have unlimited access to the recording.
