A triathlon kit (more commonly referred to as a “tri kit”) is apparel specifically designed to be worn for all three legs of a triathlon or multisport event (such as an aquabike or duathlon) without having to change. Tri kits are not essential to do a triathlon or multisport event, but many people choose to wear them when they train and race. Are tri kits really worth the investment? This session will be a deep dive into tri kits and will explore the pros and cons of using them in multisport training and racing.
Coach Laura Henry will be leading this hour-long session, which will include time for Q&A. This session will be recorded; anyone who registers will have unlimited access to the recording.
